Training sessions
Please use the calendar links to the right to sign up for a training session. Training sessions are optional, and will cover Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and room/resource reservation basics. Attendees who are interested in learning more about the full G Suite of applications may stay for additional support at the end of each training session.

Registration is done through MyLearningPlan. Please use your email address and MLP password to log in. Click the forgot password link if you have forgotten your password.

Logging into G Suite
To start exploring Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and the full G Suite of applications, sign in to G Suite by using your current email address and your network password (the one you use to log into a computer on the BOCES/RIC network). If you do not have a network password, please contact the Help Desk at 315-433-8345.

Please note that while you may send test email messages from Gmail, all incoming email will still go to your Lotus Notes account until the cutover on June 29. All work-related email and calendar entries should be done in Lotus Notes until the cutover date.
