Description:
 Services are provided for New York State tests. These services provide answer sheets, scoring, and reporting that includes lists, item analysis, skills analysis and summary statistics.
Deliverables:
 Training and support for Test Scoring and quality control. Answer documents pre-printed with student name, etc. Data files available by contract. Access to on-line data analysis tools (Cognos). Advisory Committee meetings.
CNYRIC Responsibility:
 Distribution of processing schedule. Creation of pre-printed answer sheets, scanning, editing,and reporting. Update on-line data analysis tool with NYS assessment results. Training and support upon request.
District Responsibility:
 Provide district contact information. Verify and ensure accurate student demographic data for creation of pre-printed answer sheets and reports. Provide report order forms and completed answer sheets to CNYRIC for processing by scheduled dates.
