Description:
 Services are provided for New York State tests. These services provide answer sheets, scoring, and reporting that includes lists, labels, item analysis, skills analysis and summary statistics. (multiple sheets)
Deliverables:
 Phone and on-site support. Standard Reports: Student List,Item\Skills Analysis, Rank List and NYS Profile.
CNYRIC Responsibility:
 Distribution of processing schedule. Creation of pre-printed answer sheets, scanning, editing, reporting. Update on-line data analysis cubes, SIS and provide data for district analysis.
District Responsibility:
 Ensure accurate student demographic data is available by date specified for use by CNYRIC for creation of pre-printed answer sheets and reports. Provide answer sheets and report order forms to CNYRIC for processing by scheduled date.
