Description: |
Services are provided for national standardized achievement tests. These services provide answer sheets, scoring, and reporting that includes lists, labels, profiles, item analysis and summary statistics. |
Deliverables: |
Test scoring process, PC LEAP documentation and training. Phone and on-site support. Standard Reports: Student List, Label, Item\Skills Analysis, Rank List and Profile. |
CNYRIC Responsibility: |
Provide answer sheets 10-14 days prior to test administration. Process sheets in a timely manner, produce reports and\or datafiles according to user requests. |
District Responsibility: |
Ensure accurate student demographic data is available by date specified for use by CNYRIC for creation of pre-printed answer sheets and reports. Provide answer sheets and report order forms to CNYRIC for processing by scheduled date. |
