The CENTRAL NEW YORK REGIONAL NETWORK offers a private, state-of-the-art, fiber-based Wide Area Network providing direct access to CNYRIC hosted services, true upload/download speeds starting at 100Mb, 10Mb of dedicated Internet bandwidth with path to Internet 2, full maintenance and 24/7 monitoring and support of centralized equipment.
May include implementation, configuration and support of regional spam filtering, centralized X-Stop with district autonomy, filtering and firewall services; with customization and NATing available.
Meets the New York State Education Department and Board of Regents broadband directive for district connectivity; configured to sufficiently support the anticipated PARCC assessments.
