The Educational Data Services (EDS) department offers a variety of athletics applications that can help your student athletes get to the event! Whether you're looking for an easy-to-use scheduling service, to find officials for a sporting contest, or even for a method to pay event workers, Athletic Applications has you covered. Options for event registration, field trip permissions, and video capture are also available.

Aktivate

Aktivate helps schools save time and reduce expenses by facilitating game scheduling for athletics directors and coaches, and by providing up-to-date game information and directions for team members and parents. In addition, athletic directors can track coaches' certification and training requirements, as well as league requirements for athletic contests, team roster management, and student award management. |
ArbiterPay |
ArbiterPay offers an electronic method for paying officials and event workers. Districts can make funds available to workers immediately by issuing payments electronically, while staying in compliance with federal and state regulations. ArbiterPay also collects W-9 forms, and issues all 1099 tax forms. |
Arbiter Registration (Previously FamilyID) |
Athletics departments utilize Arbiter Registration (previously FamilyID) software for online registration/authorization for athletics, field trips, and other school-related activities. Arbiter Registration streamlines sign-ups for sports, camps, clubs, and activities, simplifying registration for families. |

Honest Game is a comprehensive system that automates real-time academic eligibility tracking for college sports across all collegiate athletic divisions. Components of the service include:

Hudl |
Hudl provides video capture at every athletic contest, and users are able to access video from anywhere that has an internet connection. Full games, playlists, and single clips can be shared with the whole team for review from any computer or mobile device. Hudl Assist provides coaches with automatic game breakdowns and reports. Hudl Sideline creates a private WiFi network to connect all of your cameras and devices, and includes tools to flag plays. Hudl Focus is a smart camera, mounted in a gymnasium, that captures and uploads games and practices to the application. |
