College and Career Applications
The Educational Data Services department supports several guidance software packages, which provide career, college, course, and curriculum planning tools. Students can build a resume, register for a college visit, apply for scholarships, take surveys, and college and career assessments. The service also supports attendance at user group meetings, regional training, and remote support.

Bridges |
Bridges is a college and career readiness solution for students in grades K-12. Students can utilize Choices Explorer to easily search college and career content, with intuitive navigation and search functions, and access to articles that are entertaining and easy to read. They can also create their own career library, and store meaningful information for future use in their portfolio. Bridges provides district staff with immediate access to effective teaching ideas, and offers extensive instructional tools and lesson plans. |
Frontline

This service is offered to guidance counselors throughout New York State, and includes counselor-to-counselor communications tools and listings for guidance-related events. Students can use the available resources to research careers, colleges, and scholarships. |
Naviance |
Naviance is a college and career readiness solution for students in grades K-12. Students using Naviance are able to take college and career-interest surveys that highlight their individual strengths and potential future areas of study/careers. Students can also utilize Naviance e-Docs to prepare and submit transcripts and recommendations to college, and use Naviance Achieve Works to help uncover their potential, improve their study habits, discover career goals, and establish an education plan. |
SchooLinks |
A modern college and career-readiness platform, SchooLinks empowers districts to meet state-specific compliance guidelines, prepare students for success, and connect with industry partners. It also provides tracking for Seal of Civic Readiness & Biliteracy, common application integration, work-based learning, Free Application for Federal Student Aid tracking, course planning, and curriculum/lesson planning. |
