ClassLink |
ClassLink is a secure, cloud-based platform that provides rostering and single sign-on (SSO) access to digital resources used throughout the district. It simplifies access for students, educators, and staff by allowing them to log in once and instantly launch all their web applications and files from the personalized Launchpad. ClassLink improves digital learning efficiency by reducing login issues, supporting remote access, and streamlining the management of digital tools across the district. |
Frontline EHR & School Nursing Management |
Frontline EHR (electronic health records) and School Nursing Management is utilized by nurses in district buildings to document and track student-required physicals and immunizations, health office visits, and medical alerts. |
Special Education - Frontline IEP |
Frontline IEP is used to document student Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 goals and progress, offering enhanced compliance and support of best practices that improve the quality of IEPs that improve student outcomes. District data from Frontline IEP is extracted for New York State Education Department-required Student Information Repository System and professional development system reporting, and is also utilized for Medicaid reporting. Data from Frontline IEP is integrated with SchoolTool to allow teachers electronic IEP access for the students they serve. Related service information from Frontline IEP is integrated with Frontline Medicaid and utilized for Medicaid claiming. |
Special Education - Medicaid Direct |
Frontline Medicaid supports the Medicaid reimbursement process and compliance validation used for gaining insights into revenue optimization. |
Transportation (Transfinder) |
Transportation support and services provide server-hosting, maintenance and upgrades, remote access to the Transfinder system, and district licenses. Districts can utilize these Transfinder features through the service: Routefinder Pro, Bing Satellite Imagery Service, Servicefinder, and Infofinder. The Infofinder service provides web-based reports and read-only access to school personnel regarding transportation information, and provides functionality for online field trip and athletic busing requests and approvals. |
