SchoolTool is a student management system that offers real-time data integration, scheduling, and attendance for student information. Developed by Mindex Technologies, SchoolTool is a fully web-based application, and is currently being utilized by nearly 400 districts throughout New York.

SchoolTool Quick Facts

The SchoolTool Support team works to assist more than 50 districts and four BOCES with all aspects of student management, with the goal of aligning school needs with state requirements.

The support team facilitates subject-based user group meetings throughout the year to review SchoolTool functionality. These sessions present challenges, ask questions, and share best practices with users of all experience levels.

The SchoolTool team also provides on-site support for districts, as well as printing services, customized data reports, ID badge printing, and more. It also assists with integrating SchoolTool data with popular vendor software products that are most frequently used by districts.
