The E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) is the account and application management portal
for the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program. Applicants, consultants, and service
providers participating in the program must use this tool to manage program processes.
Accounts have been set up for each school district with the business official initially named as
Account Administrator. Once this account is activated, the business official may set up
accounts for additional school district users as well as the CNYRIC E-rate Department and
set permissions (full or partial rights, or view-only rights).
Over the next 12 months, all program forms will be moved into EPC.
