About this Service
Protecting information assets within a district is of critical importance. The CNYRIC Disaster Recovery service guides and facilitates the development and implementation of a disaster recovery plan. Within this process we identify existing, properly implemented solutions as well as possible concerns or requirements for change.
Once a plan is developed, we help to bring awareness to needed procedural and policy changes and train key customer personnel about their roles and responsibilities before, during, and following a disaster.
Our team also guides the customer through several types of plan testing processes and periodically reviews the status of the plan to ensure that it remains aligned to technology changes within the customer’s environment.
