The Central New York Regional Information Center’s Managed Technical Services team can provide your district with a variety of onsite and remote support. The service is designed to provide support for operating systems, setup and backup, application installation, virtual network administration, contracted local area network support and technicians, and many more services that might traditionally be performed by a director of technology.

The Managed Technical Support Service (MTSS) is designed to provide districts with everything from project-specific IT support, to complete technology management. Utilizing remote access, on-site support, and supplemental support hours, districts can customize an IT support program that best meets their needs. The mission of Managed Technical Support is to provide technical support, as well on-site hourly support, for school districts. Through the use of progressive and industry standard solutions we will help school districts reduce the total cost of ownership of technology while maintaining exceptional customer service.
