Multi-tiered Systems of Supports

Multi-tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS) offers multiple assessment services designed to evaluate PreK-12 students across a wide range of academic and social-emotional benchmarks throughout the course of the school year. These services include tools for screening, goal-setting, progress monitoring, data management, and intervention.

Academic

Academic assessment applications measure and help teachers analyze data on student learning and skill development. They involve using brief, valid, and reliable assessments to track students' performance over time in areas such as literacy and numeracy.

AIMSweb Plus

AIMSweb Plus is a universal screening, progress monitoring, and data management tool for grades PK-12. AIMSweb Plus includes one-to-one Early Literacy and Early Numeracy measures for grades PK-1, and online Reading and Math measures for grades 2-12. AIMSweb Plus generates real-time reports at the student, class, building, and district level that provide actionable performance and growth data to help schools determine instructional next steps. In addition to these core measures, AIMSweb Plus also offers access to social-emotional and behavioral screeners, a dyslexia screener, and Spanish-language measures.

  • Manage teacher observations.

eDoctrina's use and development is based on several of education's most impactful best practices, including data-driven decision making, common formative assessments, Assessment for Learning, and Response to Intervention.

FastBridge Learning
The FastBridge Learning assessment system provides benchmark screening, progress monitoring, and the evaluation of both academic and social-emotional instruction and interventions. Students take FastBridge assessments at a minimum of three times per school year.
i-Ready
i-Ready provides engaging, high-quality instructional materials, along with assessment tools for screening, progress monitoring, and goal-setting. The adaptive reading and mathematics assessments pinpoint what students know and where they need support for grades K-12 by assessing student understanding on grade-level standards in reading and mathematics and measuring foundational literacy skills. The literacy and mathematics programs encourage student independence with a teaching approach that includes teacher modeling followed by purposeful practice in grade-level content with flexible scaffolding to encourage growth and differentiate instruction.
LinkIt!
The LinkIt! Intervention Manager provides an online management suite to support and enhance processes for MTSS, gifted, English language learners, 504, behavior, and social-emotional learning. Intervention Manager streamlines and manages current MTSS infrastructure, and aims to empower educators to easily tier and group students, set goals, manage student plans and documents, schedule meetings, monitor progress, and measure intervention effectiveness, all within the LinkIt! online platform. By fully integrating the data within student information systems, Intervention Manager streamlines all aspects of the MTSS process by providing stakeholders with efficient, intuitive, and secure access to students' current and historical data, documents, and plans.

Social-Emotional

Social-emotional assessment applications measure an individual's social and emotional competencies. This involves evaluating a range of skills, such as self-awareness (understanding one's own emotions and how they affect behavior), self-management (regulating emotions and behaviors), social awareness (understanding the perspectives of and empathizing with others), relationship skills (building and maintaining healthy relationships), and responsible decision-making.

BASC-3 Behavioral and Emotional Screening System (BASC/BESS)

The Behavior Assessment System for Children, Third Edition, Behavioral and Emotional Screening System (BASC™-3 BESS) is a brief assessment that is available to add to AIMSweb Plus. The BASC-3 BESS is a screening tool designed to assess behavioral and emotional strengths and weaknesses up to three times a year. Both teacher and student-completed forms are available, with each containing items related to externalizing, internalizing, and adaptive behaviors. The assessment is launched through the AIMSweb account, and all student data appears alongside any AIMSweb Plus academic measure data.

BIMAS-2

BIMAS-2 (Behavior Intervention Monitoring Assessment System) is a measure of social, emotional and behavioral functioning in children and adolescents ages 5-18 years. This annual support fee is variable based upon Resident Weighted Average Daily Attendance ranges and provides districts with attendance at user group meetings, regional trainings, remote support, and an in-district training per year.

Panorama Education

Panorama is a technology platform that helps school districts improve how they support students across academics, behavior, attendance, and life skills. Panorama offers an MTSS platform ensuring that every student's academic and behavioral needs are met through targeted interventions. It also offers survey technology and research-backed survey instruments designed to help students succeed. Panorama works with researchers at the Harvard Graduate School of Education to develop research-backed surveys for students, teachers, staff, and families on topics like school climate and school safety. Additionally, the service also offers a social-emotional learning (SEL) platform that uses research-based indicators of students' on-track or at-risk status in academics, behavior, and attendance. Panorama Pathways is an on-time graduation solution that ensures students are ready for college, career, and life.

SAEBRS

The SAEBRS (Social, Academic, and Emotional Behavior Risk Screener) is a concise, norm-referenced assessment tool designed to identify students at risk for social-emotional behavior (SEB) challenges. Unlike many other tools, SAEBRS evaluates both the absence of problem behaviors (like internalizing and externalizing issues) and the presence of positive well-being and social-emotional skills.

To provide a more complete picture, SAEBRS has a companion assessment called “mySAEBRS,” which allows students in grades 2-12 to self-assess their own social, academic, and emotional behavior. Developer FastBridge suggests using both the educator-rated SAEBRS and the student-rated mySAEBRS for a more thorough understanding of a student's social-emotional functioning and overall well-being. This tool is built on the idea that school success is dependent upon both academic achievement and positive behavior across various domains.

SSIS™ Social-Emotional Learning Edition (SSIS-SEL)

The Social Skills Improvement System, Social-Emotional Learning Edition (SSIS-SEL) is a brief assessment that is available to add to AIMSweb Plus. This teacher-completed assessment is designed as a screening tool that can be used up to three times a year. The SSIS-SEL addresses five social-emotional competencies (such as “self-management”) and three academic competencies. The assessment is launched through the AIMSweb account, and all student data appears alongside any AIMSweb Plus academic measure data. Along with the assessment, the SSIS-SEL includes access to a number of intervention resources.

School Climate

School climate assessment applications measure the quality and character of school life from the perspective of students, school personnel, and often parents by surveying them to understand perceptions and experiences related to various aspects of the school environment. Aspects may include safety, relationships, teaching and learning, and the overall institutional environment. The ultimate goal of a school climate assessment is to identify a school's strengths and areas needing improvement to foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for everyone.
