The Data Warehouse has the relational database structure that integrates detailed K-12 information from different student management systems and locations into regional (Level 1) and statewide (Level 2) databases. Collected student and district specific data become the foundation for data analysis and instructional decisions.

The Data Warehouse is a team of nearly 20 administrators who build relationships with districts to develop sustainable practices for the skillful use of data to meet state requirements and improve student outcomes.
Our team works with the Test Scoring Department to provide support in the areas of data verification and reporting; balanced assessment systems; data analysis and facilitiation; and the integration of data systems.
District data coordinators provide job-embedded support to build effective verification and assessment practices and processes in districts.
