Educational Data Services – Teaming up to bring you better service

What did we do?
Recently, the CNYRIC’s Student Services, Data Warehouse, and Test Scoring and Programming departments were consolidated into one entity: Educational Data Services (EDS).

This restructuring was implemented to streamline communication and improve customer service for the districts we serve. Of the many changes, EDS established district teams, each of which is now responsible for supporting a small number of districts. Each team is comprised of experts in data, testing, student services, and programming.

What does this mean moving forward?
Districts now have a dedicated group of experts who know each district's program and needs, and are responsible for supporting, collectively, the areas of student data management and state reporting. Most importantly, districts will know exactly who to contact if a problem should arise.
