Customer Support Advisory Committee (CSAC)
Established in 1994, the Customer Support Advisory Committee meets bi-monthly. Members include well over 20 customers from every region and all four local BOCES are represented at the meetings. The group deals with all areas of support and services but has a tendency to focus on future needs and direction particularly as they relate to centralized services. It also has evolved into a forum where interaction and discussion on support methods thrives between the members.
