BoardDocs Paperless Governance Solution
The Central New York Regional Information Center hosts two powerful and easy-to-use eGovernance solutions from Emerald Data: BoardDocs Pro and BoardDocs LT. Both products employ Web 2.0 technology and are completely turn-key, so there is no server equipment to purchase or manage, and no time-consuming processes for your district IT staff to implement or maintain. All that is required is a computer for each Board and cabinet member, and a meeting facility with internet access. The CNYRIC will work closely with district personnel and Emerald Data to implement BoardDocs and train staff and Board members.
